The company behind Qeraja and Streha.
TechInspire is a software company based in Prishtina, Kosovo. We build and run our own products — Qeraja and Streha — and take on a small number of engineering engagements.
What we believe
Production code is the only code that counts. We measure ourselves by what is live and serving real users, not by what looks impressive in a slide deck.
End-to-end ownership beats narrow specialisation when teams are small. A senior engineer who can move from a Postgres CHECK constraint to a React state machine to a Cloudflare WAF rule in the same week ships more than five specialists who can't.
AI-assisted engineering is a real, present-tense capability — not a future trend. We use it daily as a productivity multiplier where teams are small and the surface is large.
Compliance, payments, and legal evidence are engineering problems first and paperwork problems second. The right architecture means the audit is mostly a print-out, not a rewrite.
Built by a senior full-stack engineer.
TechInspire is led by Gent N. Bytyçi, a senior full-stack engineer with seven years in GIS and infrastructure operations before transitioning to software. Now building and running Qeraja — a Kosovo rental marketplace — and Streha — cadastral case-management software for licensed surveyor firms.
