Qeraja connects landlords — private owners as well as agencies, property managers, and hospitality operators — with tenants seeking short-stay hospitality or long-term residential rentals. Bookings, card payments, identity verification, and rental agreements are managed end to end inside the platform.

Daily ledger reconciliation
A reconciliation pipeline that compares the FinanceEvent ledger against gateway settlements and SEPA payouts, with drift exposed through a public health endpoint.
KYC and identity
Sumsub for document verification and liveness. Personal numbers HMAC-hashed at rest; extracted identity numbers Fernet-encrypted.
eIDAS-aligned legal evidence
Immutable document snapshots, append-only acceptance records, Merkle-anchored evidence batches, and per-version Terms locking.
Production-grade operations
Cloudflare edge with origin-lock, ClamAV scan-before-store, multi-stage GitHub Actions deploy with pre/post verification gates, and Sentry-based on-call.
